To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
The remaining balance is due no less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require full payment within 7 days.

Payments are accepted in IDR, USD, AUD, SGD, GBP, or EUR. Please advise your preferred currency when reserving.
Credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% surcharge.
With every payment, you will receive a copy of our Terms & Conditions. These remain fixed for your booking and are only subject to change in cases of force majeure, mutually acknowledged by both parties.
Our dive packages include access to the renowned sites within Bunaken Marine Park.
Requests for dive sites outside the park or other bespoke excursions may incur a fuel surcharge. The Bunaken National Park entrance fee is payable locally at IDR 150,000 per person (approximately USD 11).
All divers must hold valid diving insurance. Please note this differs from standard travel insurance, which often provides only limited cover for diving. As a DAN agent, Oasis can arrange short-term policies upon request, from approximately USD 30 per diver.
Please note: prebooked dives that are unused cannot be transferred or refunded.
Our packages are thoughtfully designed to ensure a carefree experience and include:
• full-board accommodation with exquisite dining
• private transfers to and from Manado
• all local taxes
• complimentary in-house laundry service
Exclusions: flights, alcoholic and premium non-alcoholic beverages, dive equipment hire, additional diving or snorkelling, and gratuities.
Check-in: after 14:00 Check-out: by 11:00 For early arrivals or late departures, kindly let us know in advance. While room access cannot always be guaranteed outside of these hours, guests are warmly invited to enjoy all resort facilities until their accommodation is ready or after check-out.
We understand that plans may change. In the event of cancellation, the following applies:
• Within 45 days of arrival: 100% of all monies received.
• Between 46–90 days of arrival: 100% of the deposit.
• More than 91 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit plus bank charges. This charge will be waived if the deposit is transferred to a new booking within 180 days of the original arrival date. Please ensure your travel insurance includes cover for cancellations related to COVID or other viruses, as we are no longer able to offer flexibility for these circumstances.
Groups are defined as 10 or more guests on the same reservation. Group enquiries are warmly welcomed and should be made through [email protected].
