Much of our produce is sourced directly from local farmers, fishermen, and markets across North Sulawesi. Some is even grown on the resort in our organic fruit and vegetable garden. By working with our community and respecting the seasons, we ensure every plate is both sustainable and deeply flavourful. From line-caught pelagic fish to tropical fruits picked just that morning, the island’s bounty is always at your table.
