Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort & Spa occupies a unique position overlooking one of the world’s most important marine environments. This World Habitat Day, we are celebrating the underwater homes that make our oceans thrive. Join Jacob as he heads into the Bunaken lagoon to maintain our coral nursery. We love inviting our resort guests to participate in this hands-on conservation by collecting coral broken by waves, divers, or turtles, and planting them on our metal nursery structures. This gives the fragile fragments the time and space they need to grow before we transplant them back onto the natural reef.
